Now an award-winning milliner, Lisa’s journey started off with making her own hat for her wedding. Holding an MA in costume and fashion, and specialist millinery skills developed over 15+ years, Lisa’s personal touches for her special day have now been shared with and enjoyed by 100s of others.

As well as crafting and colour matching to perfection out of her Beckford Silks showroom, Lisa teaches millinery so that she can share her passion and experience for making women like you look spectacular.

Every bespoke hat or headdress starts from an initial 1-2 hour consultation with Milliner Lisa in the showroom. Together, you'll go through your outfit, the occasion, colours, textures, materials, and even grab lunch or a glass of bubbly together so that Lisa can get to know you, your requirements and your vibe.
​
Once you have agreed on your hat design, orders typically take 4-8 weeks to be completed. Lisa is here for you, though, so please ask if you need it sooner!
