Please note that all orders have a lead time of 7-14 days (unless the item is in stock) and are non-refundable.

International Shipping

Please note that all international shipments are shipped under the DAP INCOTERM (2020), so you will need to organise import customs clearance and pay any import Duty and VAT that is applicable. Lisa von Hallwyl Millinery will pass on any additional costs for delays with clearance if they are incurred.
