Bespoke orders typically have a 4-6 week waiting time. However please ask if you need it quicker as you may be in luck.
THE REMOTE CREATION PROCESS
Initial consultation
You and Lisa discuss the occasion, outfit, style, and hats so that she can get an idea of what you need. From there, Lisa will assess your head shape and discuss suitable options so that you can find what kind of look will suit you best.
If possible, you can send Lisa a sample of your outfit. If not, then images and a Pantone reference will be sufficient.
Design and creation
With everything in hand, Lisa will design your very own, handcrafted hat - perfectly colour-matched with your outfit. Don't worry about it blending in, though, as Lisa will use a fantastic mix of textures and shades to turn heads.
You are kept informed at every stage of the design and creation.
Shipping and fitting
Your hat is ready! Lisa will get the final sign-off from you and ship it straight out to you so that you have it as soon as possible.
