For events approaching within four weeks, a limited number of bespoke pieces can occasionally be accommodated with priority scheduling. Premium availability depends on the studio calendar and the complexity of the design. Contact us as soon as possible to get your premium package.
Bespoke Commissions – Terms & Conditions
All bespoke and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for each client based on agreed design details, materials, and specifications. Due to the personalised nature of this work, bespoke commissions are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, the client is committing to the design process and the time, craftsmanship, and materials involved in its creation. Progress updates may be shared throughout the making process to ensure transparency and alignment with the agreed design.
We take great care to ensure every bespoke piece is crafted to the highest standard and reflects the approved brief provided by the client.
